If it were not for the management of these Apts they would be nice. Of course, the walls are thin, there are a lot of children running around, and parking is sometimes scarce, which isn't really awesome either. The manager of the apartments is very unprofessional. I lived there for a year and was forced to pay their legal fees (400$ extra) when the manager refused to take my check for rent (late fee included) and filed for eviction after being 4 days late twice. Upon moving out, she did everything she could to ensure the security deposit wouldn't get to me ("forgetting" to file the close out paperwork to the head office, and then a head office who couldn't get me my deposit back until after over 60 days of move out date due to "banking problems". NY State judges say that 21-45 days are considered to be the legal time frame for security deposit returns). If you have to live there, make sure you keep all paperwork on file. Also, be aware that the on site manager does not adhere to her posted hours (it says 10-4:30, she is there from around 11-3 most days but often leaves very early. She will also not respond to any emails, so your best bet is to find her in the office, if you can). The only good thing I have to say about this management company is that the MAINTENCE WORKERS ARE AWESOME, reliable, and super nice. If you need any work done, it is better to call them directly, and skip the manager notification. Good luck.
