I am moving this month after living here 3 years. Me and my finance just bought a house in liverpool but were so happy at candlelight lane and will miss a lot of things (like the pool!). Staff was really nice and wanted to work with you so you felt like it was home. even let you paint the walls colors you want which was cool. if there was any problems they fixed them fast and even when a terrible noisy teanet moved above me, they evicted them.

I WILL say that if cigarette smoke bothers you, that might be a problem if someone else in your building smokes. Smoking is not allowed in the hallways, but you can smoke right outside the building and i had this guy that was ALWAYS right outside the door smoking and I didn't like walking through the cloud of smoke whenever I went home.

i moved in 6 months ago and really like it a lot there are lots of familys but not lots of noise i feel good with letting my kids play outside with the neighbors. the office staff is nice and like like to spend time with their residents, their always throwing parties at the pool or office and they dont have that hole "better than you" mindset. maintenence staff is good to. their nice and keep thins working good. i also like that i can walk to things like wegmans and riteaid and the schools are close too.
