Clay Eye Center has an established reputation as a provider of quality ophthalmic eye care in the Syracuse area. Started in 1997, the practice has cared for more than 25,000 patients needing both routine and specialty eye care. Under the direction of Marc Safran M.D., adults and children have been treated for a wide range of conditions including: refractions, cataracts, lazy eye, strabismus, diabetes, macular degeneration and glaucoma.
