Guy came to take our car...said he would wait while i called bank to get it sorted out..put it up on the truck just "doing his job" while i talked to the bank. Well, we paid the whopping 86$ needed to cancel the repo and the guy still took off with the car! He even talked to the bank person who said we were gonna make the payment to cancel it. Now because he left the property with it i have to pay an additional $270 repo fee and then whatever they charge me to get the car out. I called them and said he wasnt supposed to leave and all they said was he already on 81 cant turn around. What a joke!

TERRIBLE place to deal with. They reposessed my car which I understand. However they dragged it across the parking lot and did damage not only to the front end but the body as well. The female that works there yelled and swore at me on the phone. Told my friend to shut the f up and hung up on me. They want money to get my personal items that they know I need. This placr should be closed down and never reopened. They dont care about people or their cars only $$$$$. Please if have to deal with them get a lawyer, it is the only way they will be held liable for anything.

I truly was disturbed the way this "BUSINESS" treats people. disrespecting people and there property is never away to conduct business. Any other business using this business should re-evaluate using there services you only use these people for short term reasons and have YOUR BUSINESS pays them to do a job not make people feel uncomfortable. your customers are long term to you.. TERRIBLE SERVICE esp. when they knew the circumstances.. seeing that it makes me rate is why I have given it a ONE . but I clearly would'nt rate it anything

Owner was so rude and disrespectful to my husband and i in front of our children. We were trying to pick up vehicle that should no longer have been in his possession because he had the paperwork to prove so. He decided to say that his business was closed, even though he was there with 4 otber workers. I think he is racist. No one should be treated the way we were treated. Police had to get involved.

this towing company came and repod my car, ok they have to do their job. but wouldnt let me get my stuff out of my car blocked me from touching my car. the one guy was in driver seat. saying we arent letting you in here cause you might drive away, im in my driveway with no way out forward and their tow truck in back of me. ridiculous

bad enough i get my car back and my brand new battery missing an ol unchargeable on in its place. theiving jerks now i have file a claim with my insurance company. professional theives. i havent picked up my personal belingings yet but that will cost me 75.00 to get back im wonering what will be missing from there. well another insurance claim or maybe pokice report. any attorneys out there with advice. i wont rate them only warn the public of these theives.
