We knew going into the appointment that we would not be able to be in the back room with our child. The Kid's Dentist informed us about their use of laughing gas as well as The Rainbow Wrap. We gave our consent for these. When our child was returned to us our child was of course frantic. The nurse mentioned that our child was strong and had been upset with the laughing gas. We did NOT find out our child did not actually receive the laughing gas until our child told us. We also found out from our child that they did not use the rainbow wrap. They used WHITE TAPE to hold our child down. Our child also has a small cut on the left cheek where it appears something scraped that area and it did draw a small amount of blood. Not once did they ask for my consent of the tape and they did not address the small cut. If they were professionals they would have come up with a better resolution for a frantic three year old, like getting a parent, instead of taping them down.

I took my sweet baby girl to the Kids Dentist in Liverpool. The office is very kid friendly and we loved the whole staff. I never realized how important “baby teeth” were. Dr. Christopher A. Rozhon explained to me that baby teeth (he called them primary teeth) not only help children speak clearly, but they also hold the place for the permanent teeth. If the baby teeth are lost too early, it may be necessary to put in a space maintainer to make sure that the “path” is there for the permanent tooth to erupt.





The whole experience was great. I thought Dr. Christopher Rozhon was professional, yet kind and the entire team treated us with respect. It is nice to know that I have such a wonderful place as The Kid’s Dentist to take my daughter. Dr. Rozhon said that he normally sees the kids until they turn 18. He explained that he and I, as her mother, were teammates in getting my daughter through those cavity prone years! It’s nice to know that she may go her entire life cavity free!

Please be careful with this dentist. If you choose this dentist then I would encourage you to go back with your child at every appointment, even when they ask you to wait in the waiting area.
