I currently am a residence at Greenfield apts. I must admit that I made a terrible mistake by signing a lease to stay in this complex. The landlord is not professional. She makes rules as she go, she bend rules for certain people, she doesn't keep up with important paper work, she is very nosey, she search certain tentants apts once she know for a fact they are out of town, she is the biggest liar, she discuss personal business such as income, being late on rent, eviction, among the tentants. Also, nothing is never fixed on time. You have to call her about twenty times before she answers. This is horrible an no human being deserve to live this way. Something has to change very soon with the way things are with this complex. Everything that was mention is exactly what I experienced myself.
