At my first appointment with Dr. Smith, she treated me as much as a patient and also as an individual person. This is personal care and not today's "managed" care. The visit exceeded what I expected. I already own Siemens hearing aids that I bought over the Internet, and I am pleased with them. My visit was to adjust the hearing aids and possibly buy a remote control. Dr. Smith provided a free hearing exam and a computerized adjustment of the hearing aids, that work much better. She also provided information on the latest Siemens aids, provided a quote, and with no sales pressure. At the end, I asked what the bill was, and she said she provided this introductory service at no charge. But I requested she bill my insurance company since her work was excellent. I recommend Dr. Smith to anyone seeking hearing aid professional service.
