I've been ordering for over a year and haven't had a problem until tonight. It was a Monday evening ( not busy at all ) I ordered a half pepperoni pizza lightly crusted for pick up, picked it up 20 minutes later, brought it home and noticed it was burnt. I called and was very polite in saying that it wasn't lightly crusted, they said "no problem, we'll get another one out to you" and asked my address. I gave it to them.

(I live 10 minutes from their store)

I waited, and waited, and waited some more. An hour had gone by and they were closing soon. I called and the guy on the phone said " oh....sh*t (Under his breath) and said its going out now. I said ok. So i waited, waited.... After 30 minutes, i called again and said "Listen, its been an hour and 30 minutes since it was supposed to be delivered, what's going on?" They said "sorry there was a miscommunication and it's going out now"

So now, there has been a miscommunication TWICE and i still have no food. I've been working all day and haven't had a chance to eat, and i'm waiting over an hour an a half for my food.



The food finally came after AN HOUR AND 45 MINUTES. When they're 10 minutes away and weren't busy at all. I will NOT be buying from them again as their service has been terrible and inexcusable. I don't normally care that they take 30-40 minutes normally to deliver, but to keep *forgetting* about me on a night where 8 of them were just standing around inside because their we're no customers is just ridiculous!
