My husband and I had used another realtor for approx one year while searching for a house, and it wasn't until we switched to kelly and con that we realized what we were missing! Kelly and Con will find the right home for you, they will never make you feel rushed, they will look at the homes before you do so that you will not waste your time. Having two of them means that one is always available to show you a home - at any time of day or night according to your schedule and convenience. They are on top of the new listings, and best of all, they get a sense of what type of home you like and are looking for, so you don't have to see every house, they only show you what you will like.

Con and Kelly advised us on an extremely difficult real estate transaction where there were multiple bids and the bidding continued well into attorney review. In addition, there were legal issues with the property and the lawyers were not being reasonable. We won the deal after a long process and Con and Kelly supported us through out the transaction. They were balanced in determining bid strategy and never pushed us. Con and Kelly knew the neighborhood and more importantly, were always available. During the diligence process, Con went to the property several times to helped us get comfortable with the deal.
