Horrible experience dealing with this company. I lost my entire down payment of $1000 due to their negligence on a HUD deal. Sabrina handled it and I contacted Debbie she is the President and agreed to refund my $1000 but then became silent and nothing happened. GO ELSEWHERE>>>>>>>
