I made an appointment with them. When I got here, the doors were locked. A note in the door said the computers were down. No one contacted me. I called the number on the door, and was told by an indifferent clerk that I had to make an appointment. I told her I had made an appointment, and , after driving 30 minutes, I find no one at the business. The hours listed on the door say 3:00-7:00, so SOMEONE should be here, regardless of any computer problems, and, even though my phone information might not have been available, they knew someone was scheduled to come today at 3:00. If I could give less than one star, I would.
