The pharmacist was condescending and asked me “why do you even need this medication?” This was stated in front of other customers. He then stated he would not fill the medication because I had used another pharmacy previously (implying that I pharmacy hopped.) I informed him that I had just moved here and had been with the previous pharmacy for 10 years in Houston before moving to Livingston. This medication was not even a controlled prescription! He was so unprofessional that other staff in the pharmacy apologized because they observed his behavior. And, customers who are now privy to my medical history because of hearing his questions came up and offered hugs to me because I was so humiliated. Welcome to Livingston! I will now be driving back to Houston for pharmacy needs in the future as well as looking into HIPPA violations.

This pharmacy and staff is the definition of incompetent. Each time I have dealt with them it took an eternity and then resulted in errors. How they are still in business is mind boggling. They do not even deserve the 1 star.

When ordering by phone they've mixed up prescriptions. Never ready when you go to pick up. Finally got fed up with their incompetence and transferred. Problems with the transference, will finally be glad to be done with them. Idiots!
