Apple ridge apartments have been nothing but great for us. My roommate and I moved here March of 2014 and our apartment is great. Any minor problems we have had they made sure they fixed right away including making sure they got us a brand new balcony! I can say that I was nervous after reading the reviews before making my decision however; we made sure we took pictures, made notes on the conditions of every room, and notified the office upon moving in. I would recommend this apartment to anyone that wants a quiet, spacious, and affordable apartment.

I've been living here for three months and I've been pleased with the apartment since I first viewed it. The neighborhood is peaceful and the neighbors are friendly. The building staff are extremely professional and courteous, and I really enjoy it here.

I visited a few of the properties last weekend and was very impressed with what I saw. Each one of them was very clean and peaceful in their respective neighborhoods. The management company was very pleasant to deal with and seemed to be on top of things. I wouldn't mind moving into any of the places I visited.

Very nice quiet apartments in St. Livonia. This is the best place to live if you're in a budget.

We had a 1 year lease here and had no problems. We are very quiet and keep to ourselves so none of the neighbors really seemed like any issue.

Very pleasant grounds. They took care of any problems we had quickly, and was so nice to deal with. We had a very peaceful five years at Apple Ridge - so sad to leave, but it was time to move into a house.

I really love living at Apple Ridge, and it saddens me when I hear other people having different opinions. Management is always on top of issues as much as they could be. The grounds are always kept up, and it really is a great place to live.

Very nice apartments that are clean and reasonably priced especially for the area. They have pools and sundecks that are great to relax at in the summer. The staff are friendly and personable. They're very helpful when you have any issues or problems and respond quickly to questions.

We've been in our apartment for 3 months now and everything is fine. We had a few minor maintenance problems when we first moved in, but the management did a great job of fixing them with in a moment’s notice. So far so good, thanks for all your help! I would recommend anyone to go through you guys to find a wonderful apartment.

The apartment was pretty nice, the area is pretty safe. One thing that was nice were the concrete walls, that kept the apartment pretty quiet. My living room was very spacious for a 1 bed room and so was my bed room, very big walk in closet. I thought the people managing the complex were pretty reasonable, as I was pretty reasonable with them.

I just rented from Apple Ridge Apartments and I am very happy with our unit that I have to pass the word on to others looking for a great place. The kitchen and bathrooms are luxurious and gave to us well cleaned almost new. This is a top notch residential area. I enjoy living here and recommend to others! You won't regret living here, the staff was also very nice and enjoyable to talk to. Thank you to all.
