Winston Churchill High School offers courses in general, vocational, college preparatory, and special education areas to more than 2,000 students. It is approved by the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools. It offers advance placement courses in English, physics, computer science, American history, chemistry, biology and mathematics. It offers foreign language courses in French, German and Spanish. Its library offers online databases and reference materials. It includes various sports, including lacrosse, field hockey, tennis, track, cross country, soccer, cheerleading, swimming and golf. Its math, science and computer program is a four-year program that gives students an opportunity to pursue college-level studies and receive advance placement. The creative and performing arts program provides opportunity in the fine arts. It has career technical and counseling centers and a parent-teacher student organization.
