Bill came by my house to snake the drain and relieve water pressure on my house after a flooded basement. Professional, timely, courteous, and properly priced. You cannot go wrong here. If you need a plumber, Bill is your guy.

Phenomenal work! : Bill had to replace our broken pipe that leads out to the sewer which involved breaking the cement around the pipe in the basement. My concern was the price and the mess; Bill gave me an estimate that I could afford, I could not believe how reasonable the price was for the work involved. After the repairs were completed my concern was the basement full of cement dust and I was wrong, my basement was cleaner than when the job started there was not dust or mess! I highly recommend Bill for your pluming needs as he is reasonable in pricing and the work is Phenomenal!

This company isn't just good they are fantastic!! Very professional very informative they knew exactly what they were doing and best of all they cleaned up after themselves which is a rarity you have a company in your house. They are very likeable and friendly as well

I was very impressed with the service I received from Bill. He is very Professional, and now that I've received such Great Plumbing Service I won't be calling anyone else. He definitely goes above and beyond the rest, and leaves the area cleaner then when he arrived. As a single woman, my prayers were answered by receiving Fair, Honest and Reliable Service without the fear of being cheated!!!

I just recently had a very rough holiday! I had a flood in my basement 2 days before Christmas! I found Bill online and I'm glad I called. He and his son came over on Christmas Eve of all days! They were fast and professional. Not only did he clear my sewer and drain but he also gave me helpful tips to prevent future problems. He also noticed that my washer tub was not draining properly and gave me a time that he could return to repair the issue. He and his son were very knowledgable and got the job done for us when we were in a pinch. I would definitely recommend Drains Unlimited to anyone that needs a great plumber!!!

I called Drains Unlimited for my basement drain issues because it's a locally owned business and was highly reviewed. The owner Bill diagnosed the problem and repaired the drain pipe. He explained everything, charged a more than fair price and does quality work. I will use them in the future just like the other reviewers here.

Bill is excellent. Each Time he has come out, he has been early, and extremely thorough. Not to mention, as a new home owner he explains everything he does and tells you how to maintain it. He is my go-to for any and all things plumbing related.

Bill saved my life! Okay,well not literally but he did save my sanity. I had a backup in my basement with all kids of black gooey water all over. When I called Drains Unlimited which I found in the internet because of all his great reviews. Bill came out within 30 minutes and snaked the drain out and I was back in business. I had a basement sewer blockage,which is nasty to begin with. I called Bill on a Saturday which usually means more money for weekend rates. He told me that he would be out in an hour. To my surprise he was right on time as he said. He also gave me a price range over the phone so I would know how much it may cost. Bill and his assistant opened the clog and made sure it was running right before they left. They cleaned the area that was effected and even gave me some suggestions to keep it open in the future. Two years ago another company charged me three times the cost for the same problem. Drains Unlimited will be called upon for any other future plumbing problems. Go with Trotter and no other.

Bill is fantastic! I had a problem with water backing up through the floor drains in my basement whenever we flushed the toilet, washed dishes or did laundry. Bill came out quickly, snaked out the drain, and flushed the system out, everything is running smoothly now! Not knowing anything about drains, I relied on the yellow pages for help in finding a qualified person to handle the job, and with 30+ years of experience, I found it in Bill. He is extremely honest and very professional and I highly recommend him.
