I have only experienced the pick-up at the point, but there crew that came and pack my things was very professional and efficient. He (Crew Chief- Tim?) were very understanding that it was my life's belongings they were to handle and understanding and respective of that. He was careful to explain every detail to me and I appreciated that so much. This company; subcontracted by We-Pack did an great job.

Dennis and his crew moved me from Detroit down here to Cleveland and I couldn't have asked for a better move. The guys were very professional and always had a smile. They answered every question I had without hesitation and I had a lot of questions! They were very patient with me!

8 Mile moved me from Detroit down here to Hollywood, FL. The best thing I can say is how uneventful the move was. They came and wrapped and loaded everything professionally and efficiently. My items arrived a week later down here and there was no damage. I couldn't have asked for a better crew. Great job guys! I know not many folks will go online and leave good reviews for the moving company. Most folks only come on these sights to complain, but I wanted to take a minute and say thank you for a great move! Keep it up!

Eight Mile was the worst experience with movers ever!! They lied to me about how long it would take to receive my shipment. First they told me 8 days and then it turned into 20. They also did not tell me my shipment would be sitting in storage in Michigan for a couple weeks rather than goto florida where I was moving (from Pittsburgh). Once the company finally decided to ship my stuff, they did not check the their trucks and it did not pass inspection in Virginia. Therefore, all my stuff got towed thus delaying my stuff an extra week. Once my mother tried getting ahold of the company and attempted to get a discount for all the issues, they proceeded to yell at her on the phone, lie to her, and hang up. They were unhelpful and rude. Once my shipment arrived it wasn't completely damaged. I had a brand new bedroom set that had dents and dings all over it. Do not use eight mile.
