Do NOT go here! The cake I ordered for my daughter's birthday party looks nothing like the picture I sent them. I went out of my way to go to this bakery because of the reviews, sadly that was a mistake. This cake looks terrible. I could've gotten a better looking cake at Sam's Club. Also the front desk staff could use some customer service skills. Awful, don't waste your time.

Elite Sweets has some of the best cakes I have ever tasted. Now usually I don't have a sweet tooth and I prefer to skip desserts, but with Elite Sweets; I always make an exception. The red velvet cupcakes and cake are to die for. Not to mention the White Alpine is simply heaven. I never had bad service or a bad cake. Love this place!!!

My company recently ordered 12 full sheet cakes for a corporate function. Elite Sweets prepared all the cakes and delivered them to us. The cakes were both beautiful and delicious. We received so many comments on how good these cakes were. We will use them again and again and again! The owner provided us with excellent service, a good quantity discount and waived the delivery charge.

Whatever happened to customer service? This company has wonderful cakes, however they are not worth the hassel you get from the staff. The building is not customer friendly which is a representation of their staff. Special orders are absolutely not an option. I wonder if they even read their reviews. I have bought numerous cakes from them and referred many people based on the flavor of the cakes. However after my latest experience I will never recommend them. Want great cakes and customer service, try Mrs. Maddox Cake Shop in Farmington, and the prices are better.
