DO NOT list your home with this agency especially with David Caputo. If you really need it sold it will NOT happen in a decent amount of time. We've tried making several offers on several homes (5,000-10,000 below asking price) and he refuses to take it to the seller. There's a house that has been on the market for over a year and we made a reasonable offer and he would NOT tell the seller about it, he won't even let them entertain the idea and come back at a counter offer. His response to one of our offers was "well now you're cutting into my commission. I'm not even going to go back tell them (the seller) about that offer". Buying/ selling real estate requires a little bit of negotiating and he just doesn't want to do ANY type of work. Not to mention he violates ethics laws that mandates that all offers shall be taken to the seller /landlord. So if your the individual who owns a condo in White Lake that's been on the market for over a year now just know he's the reason why it isn't sold or leased. In my opinion he's the used car sales man of the realty world.
