I've had the worst experience with this business. The manager suggested a flush on my vehicle and it has ruined the vehicle. I've left messages for the Owner to call us. Its been 3 days and the Owner has not reached out. The Manager is rude and the consumer should never be treated this way. Beware, pay attention. Now we are missing transportation and the Owner has not apologized for the error. DO NOT TAKE THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS FOR YOUR VEHICLE. THE MANAGER HUNG UP ON ME 9/5/18 AT 12PM. IVE BEEN VERY NICE THROUGH THIS DEVASTATING EXPERIENCE. Do not go here. Tell YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORSE. STAY AWAY. DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONES GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY ARE THE WORSE. DO NOT GO HERE. IF I CAN GIVE O STARS I WOULD. THIS PLACE IS NOT RECOMMENDED.CHECK BBB. CHECK WITH CHANNEL 7 NEWS.

Went in today to get my oil changed and the big white guy and the mgr were there greeted me with fast and efficient service with no pressure to do any other services besides my oil change they made recommendations to me the overall service was speedy,knowledgeable,and professionalI I do not live in Livonia Michigan but I will make the trip back to Livonia they have a lifetime customer at finish line I am extremely impressed with this oil shop/mechanic shop

The service at this place is outstanding, they are always friendly and always gave a great deal for service on my car. I recommend Highly!!!
