Our experience was a great one with the delivery and assembly process by JW employees.Very courteous and professional while doing their job. Yes, they arrived in rental truck,and yes they were delayed in the delivery,but total results were excellent for us. we had thunderstorm in the early evening,but they delivered through it all.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! If I could give a negative star rating, I would.



Ordered from IKEA on-line. JW was the delivery company. They don't return phone calls, the agents are rude and unapologetic. Were a no-call / no-show for the first delivery. The second delivery window was set for between 5 and 9 pm, the truck finally showed up at 12:40 AM, AFTER MIDNIGHT AND AT THE WRONG HOUSE down the street!!! The next day I received an automated e-mail with "your order was delivered" that stated that my order arrived at 6:15 PM - a COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT STATEMENT!

This Company SUCKS!!!

We ordered our bed from ikea. Had a delivery Window from 5 to 9. Never got a call for delivery. They showed up at 11:30 pm. We were asleep. I will never have anything delivered again. I will rent a uhaul truck next time. Don't use them.

Do NOT have this company DELIVER or PUT things together, because they are VERY stupid people. They send 1 delivery person that has to deliver furniture, one person, so do you know what we had to do , my 55 years old mom had help the guy deliver furniture to the second floor, my mom. When they had to put things together, they did NOT have tools, and are ALWAYS late. DO NOT GO AND SHOP AT IKEA IF JW LOGISTICS ARE INVOLVED, you will regret it. :(

It is hard to describe the frustration, inconvenience and interruption in my business that J W Logistics caused. The Ikea order was rescheduled 3 different times, they showed up the first time 5 hours after their 4 hour timeframe.



The company never called to notify me and I put in at least 15 calls in the past month. I contacted Ikea to express my frustration and they refunded my shipping costs and contacted the company to reset up delivery.



I was told it would be scheduled for the following week. Again, I never received a call to confirm and the timeframe came and went and the delivery never showed up. I called J W again and they said that we were never on the delivery schedule.



I then contacted Ikea and they set up the delivery through J W and we finally received the order, the week following. It was again an hour late and I had to give directions to the truck drivers - a LOGISTICS company.



The truck drivers were disorganized, unprofessional and we were missing a chair. 2 weeks has gone by since that delivery, when we were told they would contact us and let us know when we would receive the missing chair.



I called again today, they were confused, left us on hold for 15 minutes and then told us it would be on a truck this Thursday. I asked for a confirmation number and the response I got was "we don't do that." I then asked for a timeframe and he said 4 to 7:00 p.m. I said it needed to be there before 5. He said "okay."



I then called Ikea to again express my frustration and to let them know that due to them utilizing such a unethical and horrible logistics company, I would never order from them again. I then told them that I would like confirmation that the chair would be delivered by this Thursday.



The customer service rep told me it was being delivered via Fed Ex and I would receive 6 chairs. I responded that we only needed the top of one. Apparently JW Logistics told Ikea that we needed all 6.



Another important item to note, JW was not contracted to redeliver the missing chair, Fed Ex was. However, when I called them they blatantly lied to me and told me they would be delivering it to get me off the phone. I cannot express enough my dislike for J W Logistics and the way they run their business. Horrible experience.

JW Logistics was contracted to deliver my purchases from IKEA on Monday. While they were timely about giving me an advance window of 4 hours and calling 30 mins before arrival, they seemed unprepared upon arrival.

One of my packages was dropped and damaged, which they said would be reported to my supervisor and reshipped to me at no extra cost, and that JW would be in contact with me by the next morning to reschedule. At least I THINK that's what he was telling me because he kept mumbling.

A second package didn't appear AT ALL and they seemed VERY confused about this.

I was shocked that I wasn't asked to sign off on anything at the delivery or given any additional paperwork.

JW never called me back. After discussing the issue with IKEA customer services it seems like things would be resolved and I was told again JW should call me that day (The day after my delivery) but they did not. I've now called them myself, more then 48hrs after the original delivery and they apparently didn't even have a record of the issue. JW Logistics is reportedly checking their warehouse for the missing items now and will, once again, call me back.

Meanwhile I've been sleeping on the floor since I never got my couch.

I just recently dealt with JW ...

I just recently dealt with JW Logistics. Very courteous and professional. They gave me a four hour delivery window; delivery men called 45 minutes prior to delivery; arrived on site 15 minutes ahead of time and unloaded my order to a room of my choosing. Very pleased with their service.
