I went yesterday after. getting over a cold,I was pretty achy all over. after my massage I felt a little better but this morning I woke up feeling great!! no aches or pains!! I also had the best sleep to. I definitely recommend Anthony I received a firm Swedish and it was amazing I will definitely be coming back as a member!

I was excited about a $30 massage; I should've remembered that you get what you pay for. My therapist was quiet and attentive, but those are the only kind things I can say. His hands were rough, the pressure was uneven, his routine was strange - like he forgot parts and went back to do other stuff, and he didn't seem to know anatomy.



Even after finding reference points like shoulder blades or my spine, his hands would be off center. Rather than massaging the muscle on either side of a bone, he pressed HARD directly on several bones. My collar bones, for example, are bruised. He didn't go below my natural waistline or above my knees, even though I mentioned lower back pain, sciatica, and fibro pain in my front thigh muscles.



He used so much oil (which was in clear bottles and just looked like anti-bacterial hand stuff, which was a bit off-putting for me) that I could feel it dripping. After he'd pulled a leg out from under the sheet, he went and got hot towels. The towels were so rough and scratchy that it was nearly painful as he basically just wiped the oil off each arm and my upper back. I decided to pretend I'd gotten a free body scrub. I also thought it was weird that he took the time to do that after having gotten my leg ready.



The whole thing was unsatisfying. Aside from his lack of skill, the music was too loud and it segued strangely, so I was hyper-aware each time. If I'd been prepared to pay their normal fee, I'd have definitely complained and refused to pay full price. As it was, I felt awkward and even tipped the guy. I won't return.



Edit: After manning up and talking to a manager, I am less upset and willing to return to try another therapist at the introductory fee. I am therefore adding a star due to their customer service.

This place was absolutely amazing! I had one of the greatest experiences there. My massage therapist's name was Anthony and he did a wonderful job. They also offer this membership thing, which isn't really like a membership because you are basically just pre paying for the massages. All I know is that this place is AWESOME! They will be seeing me once a month and maybe even more :)

I went and had a massage today by Rose. She was fantastic!! The best massage I have EVER had. She really knows the body and she is so skilled. I feel like a new person. There are alot of Massage Therapists out there, but when you find one like this it is rare. Massage Green should be honored to have such a skilled Therapist.
