HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Company would not honor a Groupon I had purchased. Groupon clearly states "ANY" mattress set but when I got there sales guy states it was only for premium sets. Changed the verbiage of all his prices so NONE of the merchandise would qualify after I tried to point out that the Groupon said ANY! Had to report to Groupon for bad business!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

Absolute incredible! I highly recommend this company and store location to anyone needing a new bed set. My salesman Tom was the true professional. He was very patient and highly knowledgeable. It had been over 10 years since I purchased a bed, so I knew it was time. Tom was closing up when I arrived, yet insisted on turning the lights back on and showing me around. The following day I purchased the exact mattress set I wanted. At no time was I pressured or rushed into any decision. As I write this review, it's been less than 24 hours, and my bed has been delivered and set up. Another big "thumbs up" to the delivery guys. They communicated 30 minutes out and were prompt and very polite. Thanks Tom for the great deal and the extended courtesy.

Most stores don't carry repair kits for waterbeds, But the Mattress & Futon Shoppe had exactly what I was looking for. They have great selection and prices, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Thanks Bob. What a great guy. Good customer service is very important to most customers and so many places lack it, but this place has got it. Over all a great experience, I would definitely go back again.

We've purchased from the Mattress and Futon Shoppe before and have never been disappointed. This time Dee Dee took care of us and we found her to be as knowledgeable and helpful as we could hope to find. Once we zeroed in on our expectations in a mattress set she clicked off all the details we needed to hear to make the right purchase for us.

Went to this store on my lunch hour to find waterbed supplies. Just as I spotted the supplies I was greeted by a friendly and very knowledgeable worker named Bob. Turns out, he is the store manager. Had a very good experience at this store and recommend it.

Spent all day looking for a repair kit for my waterbed. Found this store near my home, and when I walked in...wow....Got a "Hi - how are you" before the door even closed! The customer service was so exceptional! Not only did I get my repair kit, but I found that they have other waterbed supplies as well. Will definitely go back. Thanks!!!!
