I got a car from them and was late on my payments. They called me to tell me they were going to repo my car. I ended up paying them before the repo and after I drove an hour back home after work. I watch as the repo man took my car. They never called it off. I owed them about 800 on the car 2800 dollar car after that but the repo was 40 miles from my house and I was charged over 600 for the repo and storage and then another 40$ per day. It has now been 12 years sense this incident and guess what They garnished me and stated they had a judgment that I was NEVER served by. My attorney is looking at getting their business license revoked over illegal practices as well as disbarring their lawyers. Be careful using shady loan sharks like this This $2800 dollar car has already cost me over 12,000. They will never serve you. They will not show you proof. they will forge documentation to sue you.

I currently have a lease through a company designed for people with poor credit, Modern Finance is the finance company the auto dealer goes through. I've had ZERO problems with them in the nearly 2 years I've had the vehicle. I've had a couple issue with my debit card expiring, or them pulling money when my paycheck date changed and they called me immediately and had no problems working with me to solve the problem A+ company in my opintion 5star review.

Scam. I had a car, was late on payment by maybe a week and was repo'ed. Now getting 'sued' for not making payments when they hadn't contacted me ONCE since before/after the Repo. Huge scammer, don't trust.
