I had called a few companies to have an ADT security system installed in my home. Most would not set up an appointment because they were in a different state and would only take my information over the phone. When I called Premium Protection I was pleased to find that they would actually come out to my house and give me a no obligation consultation. The sales rep was polite and knowledgable and answered all our questions. He gave us a great price for what we needed and we agreed to have the work done. The technician they sent out (Kent) was also quite nice and took time to teach us how to use the system because we have never used one before. He cleaned up everything before he left. I am glad we found a local company to help us with old fashioned customer service.

Great experience from the sales visit to the installation. I appreciated the fact that someone would first come to the house and talk to us about our needs rather than signing up over the phone. Great pricing too!
