They came out to my business for a walk in cooler repair. First they put in a new valve which they had to replace the next day because it was bad from the manufacturer they also blew up my fan motor on top of the walk in cooler they said it shorted out. I told them I'd pay for the new one. They told me I would not be charged for the labor then charged me anyway. Not happy about that! Make sure you get everything in writing!

I had a good experience with this company, they gave me a price for my ice maker repair, which was a little high I thought. They repaired it for the price the gave me, and have not had a problem with it since. prior to that this ice maker was breaking every few weeks. I spent 3 times as much with others that did not fix it. The tech was courteous. I am happy to finally have a working ice maker!

Had this company come out to repair a counter freezer. First they replaced the wrong motor, then damaged the motor used for replacement when they were pulling it. Then they had to use another new motor for the repair. They billed me for both motors and extended service time.

When contacted to ask about the invoice , they refused to communicate or discuss. On top of that, the new motor they put in is not running correctly after 30 days.

Wont be calling them back again!!!
