Had a furnace and central air installed and am very satisfied.
The crew was very professional and cleaned up everything afterwards. Very nice company to deal with.

We have been customers with them for about 25 years now and they are a great company. They are kind, helpful and very professional. We love their suggestion of an Amana for our air conditioning and now for our furnace. They are both working great and our new furnace is working so well we can turn it down quite low at night and sleep very comfortably . Thank you for your good service Suburban. My husband and I are grateful for all of your help through out the years.

After my ac stopped working during a week of 100 degree heat I apparently needed a new furnace blower. since the furnace was over 13 years old decided best to get a new furnace. I got 12 quotes. All the prices were pretty much the same. My cousin suggested I call Suburban for a quote since she really liked the job they did installing her furnace last year (when the gov was giving rebates) What really made Suburban stand out first of all was how accomodating and helpful their sales rep was. He answered all my questions, and when we mentioned replacing the hot water heater he didn't have the brochure with him, but dropped one off at my house later that day about the hot water heater he was suggesting. After going through all the quotes we still had more questions. I had it narrowed down to 3. Jon Anderson at Suburban was the most patient and knowledgeable when it came to answering my phone questions. I probably called him 4 times and he didn't sound annoyed at all. Patiently explaining everything until he was sure I understood everything (When you're spending thousands of dollars you really want to know what you're getting).

SO based on Suburban's recommendation from my cousin and their sales rep bending over backwards for us I decided to go with them, hoping their installers were just as phenomenal. Now I only know them for installation, but I was really struck by how respectful they were to my house and space. They laid down tarps where they were going to walk primarily and when they needed to install the thermostat in the Living Room he asked first if he could go in there and took off his shoes. It really felt like they were very respectful and honest. It was a 2 stage furnace so we went over where to install the new exhaust pipes and they were respectful of my existing landscaping .

When they finished they explained everything to me and my husband. Answering all our questions. I really liked how they caulked up any cracks in the existing ductwork. and Helped us figure out proper duct openings and blocking so we could have the most successful distribution of air.

I feel their attention to detail and customer service makes them an excellent choice for any HVAC work you may need in your home
