Avoid this bike shop. They do not handle warranty claims well. They have a "Don't Care" attitude with their customer base in regards to warranty items. It was a frustrating experience, with us paying more money at the end. We purchased an entry level bike to get a feel for road cycling. When we upgrade, it will not be done at this shop or with the brand of bike that we purchased.
