I would NOT recommend this Tim Horton's to anyone! I visited this Tim Horton's yesterday and purchased a hot tea and a fruit cup, the fruit cup was rotten which wasn't the problem I understand stuff happens. The problem was they would not refund my money or credit my gift card or even give me a rain check for a different day. The girl told me she could give me $2.00 worth of stuff, I couldn't believe my ears I had spent $2.75 on the fruit cup so lets add insult to injury! I called and spoke with the owner he was unwilling to remedy the situation, he said we do not give refunds or credits my only option is to pick something else at that moment. Hello, I just bit into something rotten from your store why would I want something else at that moment, anyway I left with nothing and was out $2.75. I will not return to this store very poorly run!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my daughter works at this Tim Hortons and she's been threatened several times she's also cried and I guess the owner of the place is also been notified by another manager that works there and nobody's done anything about it I can't believe that this place let's this kind of stuff happened to employees that work there my daughter should not be pushed up in a corner and spit on by an assistant manager and screamed out until she cries over something as stupid as for getting her hat to wear to her place of employment is absolutely ridiculous than uncalled for and everytime I try to call up there nobody answers the phone this is the place of business I have called several times on many different occasions on different days and nobody answers the phone at this place of business what kind of place allow the manager to bit in an employee's face and for some up into a corner and make them cry and nobody cares about it this is

Best Tim Hortons in the area. Love this place.
