Don't bother calling anyone else ! Wayne Crafts professionalism and knowledge as to what was best for our rather odd project, was above and beyond the usual. In addition, their quote was right in line with others we received. The person who gave us the estimate was right on time as were the installers.

I was very pleased with my service from Wayne Craft. My storm-damaged awning was replaced quicker than I expected. They sent all the info right to my insurance company for me. A job well done - thanks!

Extremely bad experience. Trying to get a porch awning repaired for an elderly lady member of my church. All I needed was an estimate to get the insurance process started. They had an A rating on Home Advisor so I figured they must be legitimate. They put off giving me a written estimate for 10 days (after showing up to examine the job and giving me an approximate window for service). Each day they claimed that they would get it to me the following day. The estimators name is Steve. He seemed like a nice guy but was completely incompetent. He would neither call or email me. The office just replied that Steve would get back to me later in the day. I was stupid to believe that they would get back to me when they put me off 10 days in a row.
What is strange is that I had told them that I wanted Wayne Craft to do the work on this repair because they specialized in aluminum awning repairs. They must not need money. Its a shame that the lady living in this house was treated so incompetently by them. Please Wayne Craft, if you don't want the job JUST SAY SO. A copy of this review will also be put on their Yellow Pages listing (with their many other poor reviews) as a fair response to the lies and lack of service from Wayne Craft Awning.

My awning over my screen porch was replaced. Happy with the installation. Would use again.

After the snow and ice storms this winter our old awning was damaged. The contractor used this company to get a new patio awning for us. What a difference from the old awning! I would use them again.

I purchased an awning for my patio. It works well, and I use it for parties in the summer. I will probably enclose it at a later date to keep bugs out. I don't like cleaning or maintenance, so the metal awning was a good choice for me as it is relatively maintenance free. Good selection of paint colors.

My sunroom was manufactured and installed by this company. Quick service and installation. I will probably purchase a kit for my cottage up north.

We were very pleased with the awning that we received on the back of our home. The colors were a great match to our siding.
