I was looking to switch grooming services for my Black Lab and start services for my puppy Golden Doodle since adopting him about three weeks ago and was met by an extremely rude, uninterested Owner. I was told she was uninterested because he needs grooming from the very beginning. She completely assumed just because I hadn't started grooming services for my puppy yet that he had never had them prior to me adopting him, which he did. I wanted to advise her of that but I realized anyone who can make assumptions that quickly, state it in such a rude tone, and turn down new clients just like that isn't someone I want to be working with anyways.
