Charged us for updating and activating our reciever only to have to spend hours on phone with Dish to get our new reciever to update and activate. We brought brought our antenna to be tested was all. I called to complain about being charged for a service not performed. Instead of having any remorse or concerned for customer satisfaction I was informed I was wrong. I want to feel like where we spend our money is a business that cares about how their customers. We spent $450.00 in that store and got offended. Never again. Maybe it was because they knew we were leaving the area as we were traveling on vacation. I want asking for a refund just felt slighted.

I had a terrible experience with Sound Bank. I scheduled an installation and the guy totally flaked. Complete no show. When I called to ask about why my cameras weren't installed all I got were excuses and attitude. No apologies or attempts to rectify the problem. They never even attempted to contact me even though we spoke the day before to go over the install. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you want the job not to be done and then have people be rude to you when you ask why give Sound Bank a call.

As a 36 year company in Lake Havasu we are sorry for the experience you have had. We did, however, contact you the evening before your install and made arrangements to meet at 6A.M. the following morning. As we DID arrive promptly at 6 no one was home. We tried again at 6:30 and again at 7:30. This is when we tried to call the only number we had to no avail. We also left a card in the door that was still there later in the day. We assumed there may have been a family emergency. The morning after the appointment we were contacted by the customer's wife at which time we suggested a rescheduling and her response was that she would get back to us. Shortly thereafter the husband called to scream (literally) multiple obscenities at our office girl without letting her even get a word in edgewise. At this time we did not have a choice but to hang up on him. While there are certainly times that every business makes a mistake it never warrants someone to be abusive. Should he have been even somewhat civil we would have been happy to go out of our way to get him taken care of-even on a Sunday if needed. As such we never had the opportunity to handle the situation. Sadly, I expect that if someone would have talked to his wife the way he talked to our office girl I expect he probably would have driven to where they were to 'handle' the problem a different way. A quick look at our website shows multiple clients that have had a different outlook on what we do for our customers.
