I contracted with a company called Doctor Driveway and these guys showed instead and did a poor job

I contracted with A company called Doctor Driveway to pave my driveway, Level my property and plant a lawn in the front and back of my house. This company showed up instead and claimed they were owned by the same company as Doctor Driveway. This was in August of 2005. The work was never completed. I have been continually trying to get a hold of them to come back and finish but I never get a call back. It's now May of 2006 and work is still not finished and still no one calls me back. I made the sad mistake of paying in full on assurances that it would be completed. No such luck.
