Sullivan County Community College is located in Loch Sheldrake, N.Y. It offers various degree programs in accounting, business, communications and media arts, environmental studies, hospitality management, liberal arts and science, nursing and tourism. It also offers a variety of synchronous and asynchronous distance learning courses and noncredit courses. Its Harmann memorial library has more than 70,000 book volumes, 300 journal subscriptions, 12,000 reels of microfilm and 40 online subscription databases. Its sports program includes baseball, basketball, cross country and golf. It has various clubs and organizations, such as early childhood, song writer and nursing, student government association, left pocket guild, science alliance and honor society. It has a residence hall, bookstore and a cyber caf in campus that is free to all students. Its counseling department provides personal and mental health counseling for individuals and groups and organizes psychoeducational workshops.
