This credit collection company provides false statements when inquiring about accounts. When dealing with them, they will fail to validate your debt, but rather state that it is valid. By law, they are required to produce documentation (statements, signatures, contracts etc.) proving this debt is yours. Do yourself a favor when dealing with them. #1 send them a cease & desist letter to stop their calls. This makes their ability to harass you non-existent and their ability to collect null. If they contact you via phone, they are subject to $1,000 fine for each violation. Keep record of their activity. # File a complaint with the BBB. This is easy and you can file online. #3 File a complaint with the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. Keystone Credit will lie in their response like the scum of the earth they are however, you can dispute this and use their statements against them in court. #4 Dispute the accounts with all 3 credit bureaus. Keystone will have to stop reporting the account while in dispute. If they report it before the dispute is resolved, they have violate the law. #5 Sue them in court in Lock Haven. If they choose to lie and be filthy animals, waste their time and their money in court. #6 Continuously contact the original creditor. Once they know Keystone cannot collect, cannot contact you and they get tired of your calls and letters, they will agree to remove your accounts.
