We did 2 jobs for this park. We were paid $1,000 for skirting. We were also doing piers. The park needs to mark their OWN utilities for digging - they marked a water line wrong and we hit it. We repaired the line at OUR COST. The park called us a week later and said the repair was leaking. We took the mini excavator over, dug it up and it was NOT leaking. Then the park calls a few days later and says the town said it was leaking. We went back, again, and pulled out the concrete pier and it was NOT leaking. The tenant next door came over and said that he hadn't had water pressure for months, long before we did piers. So we told the park we were charging them $900.00. She never paid the bill, so I told the office that when she called to remind us we owed her skirting - that they were also to remind her that she owed $900. I also told the office to give her time to pay. And if she didn't pay, give her $100 back and not to do anymore work for her.

It is a great family business. Excellent workers. Couldn't be happier with the crew . .... .... ...

They received the full payment but still left work unfinished. Contacted them in two months without responses.

Don't waste your time! Very undependable. Gave one star, because I had to click at least one to rate this shaddy business.
