This is the worst trip to the post office I've ever had. I was so excited to be picking up my order that finally came in. It was a present to my bf. I walked in and the first thing the lady says to me is, "I want to warn you about your package. Someone came in and when I was getting their package I accidentally picked up yours and give it to them. But don't worry everything is there they opened it in front of me." The question I pose is this, who does not check their mail to make sure that their name is on the package? It was right there in front of them, in plain sight, my name. A special surprise for my sweetheart now messed up. I know have to get in touch with the company in England to find out what steps I need to do to handle the post office. I take back my five star rating and give a good suggestion to post offices.

Maybe you should start having people show you their ID and comparing parcels to the name on their ID to make sure that people are getting their correct package. And if somebody else is coming to pick up a package their name should be on the pick up list, but still check the parcel to make sure it is going to the right person.
