Provided by YP.comIf I can put negative stars on Joe Ricker I would. He is very RUDE to his customers! I signed up with allstate end of July and yes, I did everything last minute, but when you have a family and a family member in the hospital, plus a hectic work schedule you cant plan anything to happen on time. Please either find a different agent other than Joe Ricker! He talks you down and treats you like crap. I even asked him "Is this how you treat your customers?" and was very surprised that he is the Agency Owner the way he was talking to me :(
