I was looking for a birthday present for my dad, who is very difficult to buy for. I went into Barretts Hardware looking to see if there was something for me to get him. When I first walked in I was astounded by how much stuff there was packed in this hardware store!! Bob, the owner, walked right up and greeted me so politely! I was very happy to have walked in this store. He helped me pick out an awesome present my dad loved! A Milwaukee Radio. He uses it all the time on his construction sites now!! It was even on sale!! I will be back again! Thanks Bob!!

I am a union 150 operator I bought a radio from there they told me it came with a battery and had blue tooth I got home had neither so I went to return they would not return it all sales are Final no store credit nothing this is the worst place I ever bought tools from so if it's broke you are stuck with it this place needs to be avoided let's watch them go out of biz
