Today I had my husband drop off two prescriptions with a fill date of 1/28 two days later. The person at the counter took the prescriptions and put them in a draw without scanning them into the system. When he got home, I asked him how much the prescriptions were gonna be and that us when he told me what happened. I never in the past had this. Typically they run it through the process and just let me know when I can pick up. My husband made several calls between our insurance and the pharmacy and come to find out they refuse to put it through the process telling us that the system won't let them. While our insurance is telling us that the dates don't matter (which is what I have past experience)... you just don't take a patients prescription and throw it in a draw (no matter what type of medication it is for).

I give this establishment one star because.. I think you have to. Many that work here need some serious people skills education, managers included. I bought beer here with my passport that happened to be on me, and the cashier thought it appropriate to ask me if I didn't have a driver's license because I got a dui. Excuse me?? Then I realized she charged me the wrong price. I went back the next day and the manager said 'why didn't you notice this when you bought it and why don't you have the beer now?' Sorry man, I was a little frazzled by your employees' audacious questioning in front of many other people last night. Pretty obnoxious..
