Knowledgeable, helpful and delivered exactly as promised. The manager, Abe, was always prompt in answering questions and returning calls, and knows his products. had us out the door in under 1.5 hours with our four brand new tires. HIghly recommended.

Always get the right information

The NTB in Crestwood, IL is a place of racist bastards. Every time I hear (and see) of someone black who makes appointments, their appointment isn't in the books when the person who the appointment is for has arrived. When the customer ask whom they are speaking with at NTB, the NTB worker hangs up the phone. Even walk in service NTB in Crestwood isn't very helpful to black people. They workers there also looks at this race as if they are looking at a race of nothings. NTB in crestwood should be closed down or replace current employees and managers. Every other race I have seen come into the store and have known who made appointments have received great service.
