tired of incorrect parts

poor service. Staff has little or no knowledge of vehicles and is known to continuously give incorrect parts. Manager refused to call me back. Staff claims that the computers tell them wrong part numbers??? really? I've switched to NAPA and been treated awesome. They also gave me a wrong part but delivered the correct part within 20min and even gave me $20 back.
