I had been driving by this building on my way to & from work, watching it being built & could not wait for it to open. On Memorial Day we noticed the open sign & stopped. At that time all they had was chicken, so we got 2 half chickens & had them for lunch.It as tender, juicy, just excellent.I have tried using the sauce & doing my own, but I have yet to duplicate the taste of the Chivetta's BBQ, they sell at Churchs & other places in the summer.Now I have it a mile from my home & I intend to have it at least once a month.In fact I have company coming for dinner tomorrow night, and I have already ordered 6 dinners. What a time saver, especially since I actually drive by it on my way home. the only complaint, is there is just one young man working, and he has to keep running out back to the BBQ pit to package the meal & come in cash them out & wait on the next person. I think more help is needed.
