If you are trying to open a small business account, you should save your time and avoid Cornerstone. I've never had a more frustrating experience in trying to open a business account. Instead of helping you through what you need to get an account open, they just keep coming up with reasons why you can't open the account. I thought this was just me, but several other people I've spoken with had identical experiences and have even pulled their personal accounts to another bank due to the frustration with trying to open a business account. They should really consider not offering business accounts if they are this poor at service.
Very disappointing.

I go here all the time and the tellers are always patient and kind. There is a teller there with long red hair who is one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with.

This credit union is small but very accommodating. The tellers are fast and the wait is never long
