To the negative poster on the shave down, I know the groomer personally and she has never left "long hair tufts on any shavedown", If you were a customer and had a complaint, she woud have been more than happy to address it. But she doesnt get many complaints at all (as in 0) after grooming since she's been 15 years old, then professionally trained at a grooming institute at 19. (Not some lame Petsmart training) And she gets compliments all the time from vets in the area on her grooming, so i am very inclined to think your someone who is trying to trash a business in order to get more for yourself. If you were a "real" customer and had been going there for years, you would have mentioned something to her and not posted on some website. She knows her customers and more than happy to accomodate them. Which is why I know your not.

Ive been taking my dog here every month for the past 7 years. Always comes home happy, clean, and looking Fab! Now that my girl is getting up there in years, I wouldnt trust anyone else to groom her. They are very caring and concerned with any health issues she may have.

Nice groomer, wonderful haircut on my dog! Highly recommend this groomer!

Used to be really good a few years back but the quality is no longer there. After several of my baby's latest haircuts ive had to go over him with scissors brush and comb to get all the tufts that were left 2-3 inches longer than the rest of him ( how can any professional NOT see numerous long tufts all over a shaved dog and LEAVE IT there? ). the last hair cut people were laughing saying he looked like he had mange it was so bad!

They all were very kind and knowledgable in regard to the care they give I have taken both of my dogs to her and have been very pleased with the service we recieved!!
