I have a lot of driveway, 6000 sq ft, and they did a great job of ripping it all out, establishing a good stone base by digging out huge boulders and tamping down lots of stone, applying a binder coat and top coat. Best of all it is slightly pitched away from the house. Sealer applied every other year. Six years later it still looks like new. Pricing was the best around.

I agree horrible customer service from the people in the office. Still waiting for my driveway work to be done so I can't speak to that yet. Both women who answer the phone are unfriendly, un-helpful and sort of short on patience. My work is schedule for a day rain is expected. They do not seem to understand that people can't just ask for a day off from their employer, and then say oh, not today, maybe another day. Seems to me the people who answer the phone could be more understanding and helpful.

Told me they would not waste time patching my driveway .unless I wanted them to replace old blacktop driveway

Horrible customer service. Woman who answers phone is extremely rude and unprofessional. I wish I never hired this company. I was rescheduled 3x due to weather, which is understandable. However, I don't need attitude from the receptionist when I call with a simple question. Overall very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.

Poor cust. service. Never heard back after I signed an agreement for work to be done.

Best thing about this company is that they accept all major credit cards. However they have an extremely unhappy lady taking calls at the office and also it's like pulling teeth for them to come do the work. Thank god they don't make you pay up front. They do a decent job once you get them to come out and do the work. So in conclusion, good work, HORRIBLE organization and they shoulkd get rid of that b**** taking calls.

We had R&M blacktop our driveway at our old house and they did a wonderful job. The crew was very pleasant and polite. Every year after that they send a post card to remind us to have it sealed and let us know when they plan to be in our area. Sometimes the timeframe is off but we know you have to take into account the weather and that is understandable. They do not raise their price every year either. in over 10 years our price has only been raised 2 times and only by $5 each time. If there is ever a problem they come out and take care of it.

Second year in a row I scheduled them to seal driveway and they forgot us. When called back they said they will not be coming out to our area again this year. They state they called to verify appt. and got no answer. This is not true since I talked to them on Tuesday and they assured someone would be there on Friday. Receptionist is always rude. I'm done with R&M. I guess they could care less about there residential customers..

Contracted with R&M paving to have our binder driveway leveled and have a topcoat applied. One of our main issues was at the end of our driveway water pooled when it rained. We were told that this would not be an issue to fix. Part of our contract indicated "leveling" of driveway. After work was complete and we had the first rain, water continued to pool, there was no improvement whatsoever. Contacted R&M and at first they said they could not repair it, it would cause more problems (although they did not say this when we signed the contract with them). We were not satisfied with this answer so then they said they could fix it but we would have to pay to have it fixed. Again unsatisified. We continued to try to contact them to resolve this issue and are no longer getting calls back. I would NOT recommend them, poor work, do not stick to contract and horrible customer service.

misunderstanding caused the contractor to start swearing at client! wouldn't answer my question....but told me to get someone else! Wow,never been treated like that before! The man would not work with me at all
