The owner has done a fantastic job of remodeling the concession stand with clean bathrooms that are disabled accessible and an amazing snack bar... hoping that Coke Freestyle will be added soon! The projectors are updated for digital high definition projection and the drive-in was expanded to five screens, giving patrons more movies to choose from. The approach was extended to accommodate more patrons at the entrance, thus reducing traffic jams on Transit Road.

The loose pebble surface of the lot isn't the most comfortable, but at least it doesn't get hot like an asphalt surface. Patrons are told that there are rules to the theater, which are strictly enforced, such as no smoking (nobody seems to mind vaping, and if you're going to smoke, you can always do it in your own car with the windows rolled up)., tailgates need to not block the view of the cars behind you, etc. Whenever there is a problem, the staff is usually on top of it, enforcing the policies. The policies are not so strict that you can't have your own family picnic with the kids. It's very kid-friendly.

First run movies are shown, and the owner is a movie buff who loves the community and tries to show a variety of films for second run shows and special events.

The Transit Drive-In is phenom...

The Transit Drive-In is phenomenal. I cannot believe the other reviews on here are so bad. They have extremely fair pricing. Where else can you watch two movies for the price of one?!?! They have wide selection of snacks for reasonable prices as well and the food is high quality for a drive in. My boyfriend and I frequent this location at least 10 times every season. We always buy food there to support the drive-in. Try their onion rings, they are to die for! The cheeseburgers are awesome and they actually have dill relish instead of sweet! (nobody does that and I hate sweet relish) The most important thing to mention is that they were just renovated. They have a whole new concession building which is beautifully done. The bathrooms are quite large so long lines move quickly. They have switched over to digital projection for their movies & now have free wifi. I have not EVER experienced the issues that the other reviewers mentioned, they were probably having a bad day. :-/ I cannot say enough about this wonderful establishment and it's workers. Five stars for sure!!!

The owner is absolutely horrib...

The owner is absolutely horrible, I will never return, neither will any of my co-workers or friends. He is understaffed, and his customers are punished verbally for his doing so if there is an issue. Appalling.

Horrible!! Don't roll your windows down!!!!

Terrible place! Don't roll your windows down or your car will be infested with spiders! They are EVERYWHERE! With the high prices in the snack bar, you would think they could maintain their property better! The lines for the snack bar are long and run outside and along the building due to only having 1 cash register! The line for the restrooms is the same and they are dirty and poorly maintained. There are children running around unsupervised, suv's with their hatches up in front of cars, groups of people sitting outside being loud next to your car and I don't agree with the non smoking policy....even tho i'm a non smoker! It is absolutely ridiculous to tell someone they can't smoke it their own vehicle!! I agree drive in theaters are disappearing. But if they're anything like this one, I can understand why! No thanks! Oh and to the parents who bring their newborn babies to the drive in....really?? C'mon!!!!
