Have been here over 20 years. Used to be a nice place to live.Management has let to many meth & pill heads move in. Crime has become a real problem as several people have been broke into some more than once.Trees have been a problem because the owners wont do a thing about them unless they are moving a new trailer in to rent or ones they already own they will make sure there not a danger. The water pipes are ancient and full of rust and are constantly busting. The lake is full of trash not fish. The tennis &basketball courts are nothing but a gathering place for teenagers to do drugs. The only time maintinance cleans is if the owners are coming for an inspection.IF YOU ARE THINKING OF MOVING HERE DONT!!!!!!. Talk to other residence be fore you move in

Me and my husband have been here for 5 years we don't ever have problems with neighbors the problems are office related you are treated like kinder gardeners out here notes notes and more notes stuck up at mail boxes stuck on your doors and sent to mail even get a certified mail right behind all that LOL
