I've had at least three problems with this salon within the last year. I paid for a gel service for my disabled mom and a full set for my daughter. I specifically asked them to do only what I paid for. The owner said, if I do more I will add it to the card. I said no, only do what I paid for. I should've known better from past experiences this owner. My daughter called an hour later stating the owner put a full set on my mom and gel Polish, which boost the bill and extra 15.00 dollars. She plays like she don't understand but she do. The time before that I prepaid for a full set for my daughter,. When my daughter went they said she had already received the service. This was not true, they finally got it together and serviced her. I understand that they must up sell add on services to make goal but they seemed more interested in scamming people than great customer service. The owner had the nerves to get an attitude after I told her, I shouldn't pay you for the extra because I specifically told you nothing extra. I paid the extra but will not be going back. The owner seems a little prejudice agains tax blacks as well. Watch her facial expressions.

Quality is key and that is something this nail salon has definitely understood! Very welcoming and professional, just tell them what you want and they can and will do it! Beautiful salon, I have been coming for a very long time and have tried several others in the area and none can compete with the quality of Jenny Nails. Time after time, I have chosen Jenny Nails over any other nail salon in the area.



Their designs for pedicures are AWESOME! I have fallen asleep in their chairs many times. They have a full staff and plenty of chairs to reduce the wait time and it is great if you have large parties!

Will NOT be going back! When my mother and I walked into this salon we were given a price for having nails and pedis done. However, when we checked out the price jumped from $58 to $85. I do not appreciate being misled and will not be going back to be ripped off again!!

Jenny's has an unbeatable staff. They are truly there to serve you. They attention to detail is above all others. Love the specialty pedicures offered.

Needing to find a different nail salon I decided to try Jenny Nails. I would recommend this salon without reservation. It's very clean, nice atmosphere, relaxing, and professional. Best pedicure ever. Loved it.
