Keith didn't hesitate to contact me after seeing my concern about my foundation leak at my home. He's extremely professional, kind, respectful and courteous. His team of experts came to my aide and the repipe at my home was completely done within 48 hour. A job well done!

Hands down the Best “Septic Tank Specialist” on the plant!!!!!! Keith came to my house on a Sunday and diagnosed the possible issues. He started the work the next day! I had my septic tank pumped by a different company back in May. Once Keith (owner) opened the tank he found negligence that was done from the previous company. Sent me pics of the damages and called me right away to discuss the negligence that was done to my system. Keith and Avery (partner) fixed the issues and had my system back up and running in no time!!! I’m a single mom and just bought my home in Nov. 2017. I trusted the previous septic company to be honest and do good work! Boy, was I stupid!!! I’m blessed to have found Keith, a man of intelligence, affordability, professionalism, knowledgeable about different types of Septic Systems, and most importantly honest!!! It’s hard to find these qualities now a days, but Keith and his team are a diamond in the rough! I got him on speed dail any time I have a Septic or Plumming issue with my residence or rental property. And I will give him as many referrals as I can!!! Don’t hesitate to call US Septic now!!!!

keith was very helpful, he explained everything to me in plain english, he didnt try to sell me anything i didnt need, and he did a great job for a fair price! i had quotes from two other companies that were both almost twice as much. theyre a smaller business, but their workers are friendly and know what theyre doing!

Saved me tons of money!! fixed my water heater instead of replacing it. Very honest and knowledgeable plumber! Definitely a rare find these days!

Best plumbing company I have used in 13 years. Repaired plumbing issue other plumbers left. Very professional, very honest and explained everything. Checked my system and recommended a need to resolve another plumbing issue that has plaqued me for years. (a pressure valve) I will definitely call him back to install it. I highly recommend Keith for your plumbing needs. He is affordable and did not try to sell me on anything I didn't need.

A great plumber! My water heater started spewing - I called him & he was here in an hour. I didn't need a new water heater, it was a bad T&P valve and he replaced it and fixed a leaking sink. Got both fixed fast and at a reasonable price - I'm a happy guy!

I have to say that this was the best plumbing company I've ever dealt with. The plumber was very knowledgable and explained everything to me and made sure I understood exactly what was going on. Not only did he fix my problem, (roots clogging my drain lines) he went through my whole system to make sure there were no other problem areas..!!! I will definitely use them again in the future... but I doubt I will need to, at least not for my septic system, because they did such a bang up job!!

Keith was amazing!! I had water ankle deep in my basement, I called at least three companies and no one would come out on Friday night without charging me an outrageous service fee. When I called Keith he said he would come out at no charge and take a look at my problem and see what was going on. He did show up and stop the leak, pumped the water out of my basement, then he came back the next day and repaired the problem. His prices were affordable, and as a single mom on a budget I am so grateful. He even recommended an affordable company to come and replace the carpet that was ruined. (although that may have to wait a while) I would definitely recommend this company to everyone I know!

keith did show up on a timely manner but he did not finish the job he was paid to do and he also busted my water line that night after i kept telling him that i had a water line where he was probing for the septic tank. He has not returned to finish the job and it has been well over a month now. i have no choice but to take him to court now for my money back and for what it will cost to fix my water line. I would not recommend him or this company to anyone.

I would like to commend the guys at U. S. Septic for being the first company, out of the other 4 I used this year, to properly diagnose and fix my septic system. It has been backing up for the past year and none of the other companies took us step by step to solve the problem for good. I thank u guys so much!
