If a real business was running like this it wouldn't survive. Had them pull gate and close about a minute before 1 as they saw me coming. A few very nice people there but that's the only positive. Horrible at delivery of some boxes even when they will fit in mail box.they leave you a card that they tried to deliver when no attempt was made.

There are obviously some serious issues with this post office. I was expecting a package delivered, which I never got. The tracking shows it was left in my postal box. The only problem with that is it wouldn't have fit. I have no idea where they delivered it to, but it wasn't to me.

I tried to get some recourse in person, but was rudely informed by postmaster Jennifer Johnson that there's nothing I can do about it. She did, however, suggest I ask Amazon to replace the items even though THEY lost the package. I'm pretty sure that qualifies as fraud.

Way to go Locust Grove in the customer service and ethics department!

We are so lucky to have post office that is convenient to LOW folks. The staff is amazing and always helpful. Much appreciated.
